AGE  POLICY
No one under the age of 16 years is permitted treatments at Allure Beauty Lounge, unless accompanied by an adult.

NO ABUSE POLICY
The salon is a friendly environment and as such abusive language and behaviour towards our staff or our clients will not be tolerated.

 

RIGHT TO REFUSE ADMISSION
We reserve the right to refuse admission to our beauty lounge.

HEALTH CONDITIONS
Please inform us if you are pregnant or have any health conditions, or if you are aware or suspect that you have an allergy.

 

TIMING

In order for us to carry out your full treatment in the Allure way please ensure you arrive at the salon in pleanty of time for your appointment.  A consultation card will need to be completed by all new clients.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to change or cancel your appointment we ask for 24 hours’ notice or the full cost of treatment may be charged. A treatment time and therapist is allocated to your appointment and therefore in the interests of fairness please ensure that you contact the salon within the cancellation period mentioned above for any changes to your appointment.  For treatments lasting more than 1hr a 20% deposit may be neccessary to secure your booking.
